WARRANTY

 

All Bob’s Devices Step-up transformers have a lifetime warranty (Bob’s lifetime) except for physical damage and shipping costs.  Returns on stock step up transformers are allowed within 2 weeks for full refund, except for 10% restocking charge, if returned in “new” condition.  Returns for refund are not allowed on VPI SUT’s, XLR SUTs, interconnects, and any other custom products. Damages caused by improper or unauthorized tampering or testing are not covered.
